Spoiler ranting!

—-My first thought about Korra’s last look in the episode “Aftermath” was, ‘Oh my god, she matured so beautifully, she let Mako go because she understood how much Asami was hurting.”
But after thinking about it more, I feel like it’s much more than that.
Can you imagine being Korra and knowing that you’ve caused a huge conflict between a father and his daughter? And can you imagine knowing that these things are just going to get worse?
Korra didn’t expect this. She came from a life in a safe environment where everything was provided for and she wasn’t exposed to so much change and emotional stress. 

I just…can’t wait to see more of her growth.
