mollay: I think it was Lee Unkrich who posted this on Google+ a few months ago and that’s where I saw it first.  It’s really amazing, and I definitely see this mindset happen with a lot of my artist friends.  Anyone creative should read this! I like reblogging this — it reminds me of why I keep trying. :)
